About the Owner
Andrea Haslam has called Colorado home since 2000. With a Master of Arts in a humanities field and nearly 20 years of experience in sales and client relations, she transitioned to education, serving for five years in various roles, including ELD Specialist, Reading Interventionist, ELA Instructor, Administrator of Student Services, and Assistant Principal. Passionate about improving social determinants of health, Andrea shifted from public education to focus on enhancing the economic stability of individuals with disabilities.
About the Agency
After earning her certification from the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) and gaining experience as a Supported Employment Specialist in Douglas County, Andrea aimed to expand her impact across the state. She founded Aspire in 2024 to build a team of dedicated professionals who help clients identify and achieve their employment goals while modeling the agency's core values.
